Services

Melanated Beauty Spa provides spa and skincare services in Sunrise, FL. Bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS terms govern the Melanated Beauty Spa Account Verification messaging program.

Consent. By entering your mobile number on our sign-in page and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive one-time account verification codes by text message from Melanated Beauty Spa at the number you provide, including messages delivered by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service. You may sign in by email instead at any time.

Message types. We send one-time, six-digit authentication codes only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Message frequency. Varies — one message per sign-in request you initiate.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A 20% gratuity is added to all services at checkout. Deposits may be required at booking.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Melanated Beauty Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
