Services

Melanated Beauty Spa provides spa and skincare services in Pembroke Pines, FL. Bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

SMS Messaging Terms

Text messages from Melanated Beauty Spa. We run two text programs. (1) Account Verification: one-time sign-in codes you request; one message per request. (2) Melanated Beauty Spa Texts: reminders about appointments you book (up to 3 per appointment) and, only if you separately opt in, news, events and offers (up to 4 messages a month). You opt in to reminders by giving your mobile number when you book, and to news and offers by ticking the box in your account or texting GLOW to 786-746-7825. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program, HELP for help, or contact support@melanatedbeautyspa.com or +1 954-310-3436. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A 20% gratuity is added to all services at checkout. Deposits may be required at booking.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Melanated Beauty Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
